Monospace version of the Vanilla font.

Intended for use in programming for the most part, but also because at the time, no one had made a 1.8.9 monospace font.

Note: Some things may look odd (like ') because to make them monospaced, you can't do an easy solution.

Additionally, ®, ≡, ⶩ, and ⶪ are special symbols that become programming language logos. (C, JS, C++, Python).

Partially works for 1.21.11 (limited custom symbol support though)
