A simple Chat Clear plugin which does not delete the chat can be used with perms

✨ Features

• There is a bypass permission
• Everyone can no longer see the chat if it has been deleted unless you have the bypass permission
• Every clear produces a great sound
• You can edit all messages and more in the config

Commands and Permissions

• /cc | chatclear.use | Allows clearing the chat
• chatclear.bypass | Chat will not be cleared for this player
