EquiCap - Mob-spawning justice for all players

Equicap forces all players to have equal mob caps. It allows for fine-tuning the total mob caps for each mob category. This is similar to PaperMC's (and other projects) per-player-mob-spawning, however this offers finer control over the mob cap sizes without restarting.

Most features besides mode switching can be accessed with /equicap. Type /equicap help to get a list of commands. Modes can be edited in the config file.

Modes:

• VanillaLike: Partially merges mob cap values when players are near each other.
• Combine: Completely merges mob cap values when players are near each other.
• None: Never merges mob cap values (every player always has an equal mob cap)
