Rewind your health and position to about three seconds in the past, clearing all effects.

Dual wield crossbows to load a volley of 40 bolts.
Reloads automatically with enough arrows.

Because of your build, you have 7 hearts and move a little quicker.
? Unstable
Negative effects last longer/positive effects are shortened (20%)
