Alternate Effect Icons

Changes some effect icons to my personal preference, such as giving absorption a unique icon, or updating the water breathing icon to use the actual bubble particle's palette.

For now, only the absorption, blindness, strength, weakness, and water breathing icons have been changed, but I plan on adding more in the future.
