A datapack that adds some more mod compat for Tide 2

Currently adds compatibilty for:

• Spawn (Herring, Angler Fish)
• Environmental (Koi)

• Upgrade Aquatic (Perch, Pike, Lionfish)

  This datapack doesn't just add fish to the fishing journal. It also adds some extra gameplay elements compat, such as:

Spawn

• Made clam meat a bait
• Added clams to the ocean crate loot table
• Added tags to tide fish (#tuna_feeds, #sunfish_feeds)

Environmental

• Added tags to biomes (#has_cherry_grove_fish to Blossom Valleys and Blossom Woods)

Upgrade Aquatic

• Added driftwood to the freshwater crate loot table
