Adds a Blood Moon event that makes surviving the night much harder.

Each in-game night has a small chance of turning into a Blood Night. When it triggers:

• Hostile mob spawns are boosted (configurable multiplier).
• Nearby hostile mobs aggro on every player and chase them faster.
• The moon turns red, and hostile mobs emit red particles.
• The screen gets a subtle red vignette.
• Chat announces the start and end of the event, in your own language.

Operators can force the event early with /bloodnight.

All chance, spawn multiplier, aggro radius, mob speed, and visual effects are configurable in-game via Mod Menu — no manual file editing required.
