Auto OP on first player

NOTE: THE PLUGIN ONLY GIVES OP TO THE FIRST PLAYER

What does this plugin do:

• When the first player to join the server connects, it gives the player Operator
• Saves the player in a YML so it doesnt give OP to any other player

  Use-Cases:

• A server host that doesn't have a console
• You are too lazy to give yourself op
