Punch To Deposit

Punch To Deposit is a client-side quality-of-life mod that lets you punch a nearby chest or ender chest to quickly deposit the item in your hand. It works in both singleplayer and multiplayer using normal inventory interactions.

Dependencies

• Forge 1.8.9
• Optionally: ModMenu to access the options menu

Features

• Punch (Left click) any reachable chest or ender chest to deposit your held item
• Works in singleplayer and on servers
• Shows a floating PUNCH TO DEPOSIT label above nearby chests
• The label only appears within range
• Toggle the whole mod on or off
• Toggle the hover text on or off
• Access settings from the Mods menu config button or the in-game keybind

Configuration

You can open the settings screen from the Mods menu config button or press P in-game to change:

• Mod enabled/disabled
• Hover text enabled/disabled

What gets deposited

Everything except tools, swords, bows, and shears.
