This plugin adds a very simple command:

/startritual (minutes)

By doing that command the item you are holding will appear where you are stainding and a message will appear in chat:
A ritual has started at (x, y, z) in (dimension)
also a bossbar will appear saying:
Ritual at (x, y, z) in (dimension) - (seconds) left
