Faithful Mace

The mod backports the windcharge, the mace, and its 3 enchants back to 1.20.1.
Tested by the tier one mace player at the time for combat-completeness, this mod gets everything right, down to the particle effects, exact damage amounts, and the slight size increase the mace gets in your hand relative to other items.

It's only purpose is to be combat accurate, so the items and enchantments are not obtainable without commands. But you can always add them yourself, the item prefix is "faithfulmace:"!

1. Checking the github issues tab to make sure the issue is not already there
2. Joining the discord link below and opening a ticket to describe the issue. Make sure to ping @pvpranked, feel free to screenshot this text giving you permission to ping him.
3. Make sure to provide a lot of details on how I should go about getting the issue to occur again, but in my own world.
