Water, but splashier!
Features
- Water splash potions now affect a 3x3 area of blocks (including vertically if splashed on a wall)
- Blocks directly below the splash radius are now also affected
- Water lingering potions now... actually linger!
- Water arrows now extinguish the entity/block it hits
