Modify the item Despawn timer

Description

Modify despawn time for dropped items! Simple!

Get the current item despawn time (in ticks) by using the command /despawntime. It defaults to 6000.
Set the item despawn time by using the command /despawntime set <number in ticks>

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is still no per-world config, so please be careful when using this mod.
The configuration file is located at <minecraft folder>/config/modespawner/globalConfig.toml
