A texture pack that allows to you repalce a totem with you skin but still have the classic so when you play on a server everybody else can still have the classic totem. This also add the ability to rename your totems, it comes with a few premade ones here they are:
Sheep totem: rename it to Sheep,
Cow totem: rename it to Cow,
Uno Reverse totem: rename it to Uno Reverse,
How to make one work with your skin,
Step 1 extract the zip and put the folder into your resourcepacks folder,
Step 2 go to Skin mc totem generator then enter the username and download it,
Step 3 extract the zip and take the totem texture of your skin,
Step 4 go to your resourcepacks folder to the totems plus folder that your extracted before and open it up,
Step 5 click on assets, then totems, then textures, then item, and paste in your skin image and rename it to one of the player ones.
And the reason why there are 5 players one is if you make a server for your friends each one can have their own totem or use can use them for something else.
You also do not have to use skin mc you can use other things or even a random image.
