This CT is essentially Weather Manipulation, it has the capacity to rivel things like star rage

This Techniques Main gimmick is chaining moves together in a steady flow, thats the way its strongest. but almost every weather element is encorperated in this so you can actually blast your opponents with a freaking tornado.

Ability 1: Piercing Rain

User shoots a beam of sharp water droplets

Flow: Rain turns to Hail
Maximum Output: Rain Downpours from above
Domain: Hail Downpours on everyone within the domain

Ability 2: Cloud Shield

User makes a shield out of clouds to protect themselves from projectiles and nearby entities

Flow: User turns clouds into thunder clouds, shocking whoever touches them
Domain clouds obscure the opponents vision

Ability 3: Straight-line Winds

User Shoots out strong winds

Flow: Winds go faster
Maximum Output: The winds widen
Combo: when used after Piercing Rain, rain is encorperated into the winds
Domain: everything is blown towards the domain's center

Ability 4: Lightning Strikes

User strikes lightning down infront of them

Maximum Output: Strikes lightning down around them
Combo: when Used after Piercing Rain, User runs around shocking those that get ran into
Domain: Strikes everything in domain

Ability 5: Maximum Output: Supercell Formation

When the User activates this, a supercell storm forms overtop of them, strengthening their abilities

Shift: User Instead Forms up a Tornado and Fires it off
Domain: entities in the domain get sucked upwards

Ability 6: Domain Expansion: Eye Of Vera

(Open Domain Expansion)
A massive hurricane spawns and barrels down on the radius
