No Tools in Loot

This is a simple datapack that removes all items with durability (tools and armor) from the loot tables for chests, archaeology, fishing, and Hero of the Village. This datapack does NOT remove non-durability items (such as compasses, potions, or horse armor) from the loot tables.

This is intended to be used together with Tinkerer's Smithing, but it will work perfectly in vanilla.

If I missed anything in any loot tables, please inform me.
