Add more challange to your world by enabling raids as a random encounter!
Randomly selects a value between 7-14 days.
Slowly ticks up until that value is reached.
Gives the Bad Omen effect to the player for 20 minuites.
Resets the random value and current count value.
Value range configurable in pack.
