License Grant Ken (Ken_u) ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use this Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement. ### 2. Restrictions You agree NOT to: - Re-upload, mirror, or redistribute the Software binaries without explicit permission or a valid license agreement from Ken (Ken_u). - Commercialize or sell this Software. ### 3. Multiplayer & Anti-Cheat Disclaimer - **Server Rules:** Multiplayer servers may consider automatically disconnecting upon respawn as an unfair advantage, cheating, or a violation of server rules. - **Account Risk:** Using this Software on third-party servers may result in **warnings, kicks, or permanent account bans** by automated anti-cheat systems or server administrators. - **No Responsibility:** To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ken (Ken_u) holds no responsibility for any server bans, loss of items, or account sanctions incurred while using this Software. ### 4. "AS IS" Disclaimer of Warranties The Software is provided **"AS IS"** without warranty of any kind. Ken (Ken_u) does not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with all Minecraft versions, game loaders, or other third-party mods. ### 5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ken (Ken_u) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including world corruption, data loss, or disconnection from servers) resulting from the use or inability to use this Software. ### 6. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession. ### 7. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ### 8.
