this mod adds in bassically two functions flooding and evaporation
flooding happens when it is raining and you are not in a desert evaporation happens when it is not raining the core parameters are adjustable via gamerules.
this mod is for many different kinds of people including those who want more realism, and or those who want to add more dynacism to their world(s)
