This resource pack is one I made which allows users to view and showcase their minecraft skin regardless of what they are wearing while having armour on.

This currently works on most recent minecraft version
The premise behind this idea was born in the Last Life series and I liked the fact that players were still able to see their skins even with armour on. When I tried searching for similar resource packs to the ones the players on last life were using the designs and ideas did not work the best for me. Their resource pack only changes certain parts of the Armour such as when wearing gold on armour to create a helmet and I personally was not very interested in their approach to netherite armour designs, so I took upon the project of creating my own which looked like I had envisioned. Unlike with the other less obtrusive armour I've made, this resource pack keeps armour trim support on all armour sets.

Leather armour

The leather armour set has now had it's chest plate replaced with a leather vest, and the leather boots have been slimmed and the pants have been given a leather shin guard. This resource pack does allow the user to dye leather armor in-game like normal. The images on the resource pack showcase how default brown leather armour will look coloured a different colour like my own used in some of my examples of custom dyed brown leather to red.

NEW Copper Armor

Copper armour has also now had its chest plate replaced with a leather vest, the boots have been slimmed, and the pants have also been given leather shin guards. The helmet has however been left unchanged as is default with the vanilla Minecraft.

Chainmail, iron, gold and diamond armour
Each of these armour sets has been removed of their chest armour except the shoulder pads. Similarly to the leather armor the boots have been slimmed and pants given shin guards. As with the other armour types the helmet has been kept as is default from vanillaMinecraft.

Netherite Armour

I've tweaked the netherite armour slightly so that it matches better with the other sets I've designed as frankly I'm not overly thrilled with the defaultnetherite armour design. There was not really a great reason for altering it except my own preferences as like i say i'm not really a huge fan of netherite, if however there is a demand for netherite looking similar to default netherite then i may look to create a similar resource pack with a different twist on netherite based on how the ore in Minecraft actually look and resemble to a certain effect of their armorset.

Armor Trims

I have made adjustments to the existing armour trim designs so that they suit my resource packs armor model changes, while trying to keep the trims' unique feel. I should point out that trims when applied to the leather chestplate armour do look a little strange as my armour trim has been designed to complement a set of armour with shoulder pads, but otherwise for other sets of armours it should look as you'd expect.
