auto deop

1. this is a plugin that auto deops everyone that is not listen in the config.yml.
2. its good and usfull if you dont want players to abuse a glitch to get server operator.
3. you can change the whitelisted op players in the config.yml.

4. /autodeop — shows a short help/overview
5. /autodeop reload — reloads the config and applies settings immediately
6. /autodeop status — displays current exempt names, exempt UUIDs, and the check interval
7. /autodeop allow <name|uuid> — adds a player to the exempt list (will not be de-opped)
8. /autodeop exempt <name|uuid> — alias of allow
9. /autodeop disallow <name|uuid> — removes a player from the exempt list
10. /autodeop unexempt <name|uuid> — alias of disallow
