Copper-Free Trial Chambers

May contain Grated Copper

Changes the design of Trial Chambers to not utilise an absurd amount of copper blocks.

Also backports the 1.21.2 trial chamber changes to 1.21!

Likely to be incompatible with any mods that change Trial Chamber generation.
