This datapack brings the TerraBlade from Terraria into Minecraft Vanilla! It allows players to craft and use this melee weapon, complete with magic projectiles that function in both singleplayer, multiplayer and even on servers with plugins!

• Right-click to fire a magic sword projectile that flies forward.
• Projectiles deal as much damage as a fully enchanted Netherite sword.
• Optimized for performance – runs only when needed to avoid lag (No ticking functions).
• Multiplayer and plugin-compatible – each shot tracks its owner, preventing mix-ups and incompatibilities with plugins.

? How to Craft the TerraBlade

Use a Smithing Table and combine: Fire Charge + Diamond Sword + Nether Star

Once crafted, you’ll have one of the most powerful swords in Minecraft, and a key ingredient for the Zenith Sword (coming soon)!

? Installation

• Download the datapack. (And the optional Resourcepack)
• Place the .zip file into your world’s /datapacks folder.
• Optional: Place the resourcepack in your resourcepacks folder
• Type /reload in-game, and you’re ready to use the TerraBlade

? Installation in servers with plugins

• Some server jar optimizations make arrows despawn faster such as arrow-despawn-rate.
• Modify the datapack in
  \datapacks\OG Terrablade in MC\data\terrablade\function\use_item.mcfunction
  and look for life:1199 and change it to 1 less than your value in arrow-despawn-rate.

• The motion algorithm was made by Timber Forge.
• The Terrablade texture is heavily based on the texture from the "Botania" mod by Vazkii.
