Using this mod, you can place a special block at the portal to the Nether and transfer liquids to the overworld through it.
my mod on curseforge

To use it, place it close to the portal in the Nether and in the normal world. It should show the "connected" status. Then fill the liquid into one, and pump it out from the other.
