A custom Item Frame visual overhaul mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 featuring fully colored frames, 3D rendering, and optional glow effects.

Colored Item Frames replaces the vanilla item frame renderer with a fully custom client-side rendering system while keeping all gameplay mechanics unchanged.

The mod focuses purely on visual enhancements.

Colored Item Frames adds fully dyed item frames using all vanilla dye colors.

Each frame is rendered using a custom 3D system, including front, back, sides, and inner frame structure, giving item frames a more detailed and modern appearance.

The frame color is automatically applied based on the selected dye color.

Glow System

The mod supports two separate visual effects:

Vanilla glowing entity outline (Minecraft default glow)
Custom neon glow effect (emissive layered rendering)

Both effects are independent and can be used together or separately depending on the entity state.

Invisible Frame Mode

Item frames can be made invisible while keeping the item inside fully visible.

This allows clean display setups where only the item is shown without the frame itself.

The lighting effect and visibility can be toggled at any time by:
"Sneak + Right-click" (Visibility)

Eine visuelle Item-Frame Overhaul Mod für Minecraft 1.21.1 mit farbigen Frames, 3D-Rendering und optionalen Glow-Effekten.

Colored Item Frames ersetzt den Vanilla Item Frame Renderer vollständig durch ein eigenes clientseitiges Render-System, ohne das Gameplay zu verändern.

Der Fokus liegt ausschließlich auf visuellen Verbesserungen.

Colored Item Frames fügt farbige Item Frames basierend auf allen Vanilla-Dye-Farben hinzu.

Jeder Frame wird über ein eigenes 3D-System gerendert, inklusive Vorderseite, Rückseite, Seiten und innerer Struktur, wodurch die Frames deutlich detaillierter wirken.

Die Farbe wird automatisch anhand der gewählten Dye-Farbe gesetzt.

Glow System

Die Mod unterstützt zwei getrennte visuelle Effekte:

Vanilla Glow Outline (Minecraft Standard-Glow)
Eigener Neon Glow Effekt (emissive Layer Rendering)

Beide Effekte funktionieren unabhängig voneinander und können kombiniert werden.

Unsichtbarer Frame Modus

Item Frames können ausgeblendet werden, während das Item selbst sichtbar bleibt.

Damit lassen sich saubere Display-Setups erstellen, bei denen nur das Item angezeigt wird.
