RetroBedrockTotem is a simple, plug-and-play plugin that gives your Bedrock (Floodgate) players a special advantage, perfect for PvP, anarchy, or any fast-paced server.

Normally, totems only work from your hands. This plugin changes the rules for Bedrock players only, allowing their totems to activate from anywhere in their inventory!

✨ Features

• Activates Totems From Anywhere: Scans the entire inventory for a Totem of Undying on fatal damage.
• Bedrock (Floodgate) Only: This buff applies only to players connected via Floodgate. Your Java players keep vanilla mechanics.
• Lightweight & Efficient: Optimized to add zero lag to combat. It only runs checks on a fatal blow.
• Vanilla-Friendly Effects: Plays all the standard totem sounds, particles, and applies the correct Regeneration/Absorption effects.
• Zero Config: Just drag, drop, and play. No setup needed!

? Requirements

This plugin requires two things to function:

1. A Spigot/Paper/Folia Server: Works on Spigot and any of its forks (Paper, Pufferfish, Purpur, Folia, etc.).
2. Floodgate: This is essential for detecting Bedrock players. The plugin will not work without it.

? Installation

1. Download the latest .jar file from the "Versions" tab.
2. Drop the RetroBedrockTotem.jar into your server's /plugins folder.
3. Restart your server.

There are no configs, commands, or permissions. It just works!
