OrjusDowned

rjusDowned adds a Rust-like downed/revive system to Paper servers.
Instead of dying instantly from lethal damage, players enter a downed state: they can slowly crawl, wait for help, and be revived by nearby players before the bleedout timer expires.

If nobody helps in time — or a finishing hit is allowed — the player dies normally.
