Recruits Use Boomsticks

Recruits Use Boomsticks is a compatibility mod that allows crossbowmen from Villager Recruits to use weapons from Medieval Boomsticks.

Crossbowmen can find, equip, reload, aim, and fire supported weapons using dedicated combat AI. The integration includes physical ammunition handling, reload and firing animations, projectile spawning, durability loss, sounds, smoke effects, mounted combat, and friendly-fire protection.

Supported weapons

• Handgonne — uses Round Balls
• Arquebus — uses Round Balls
• Spiked Handgonne — fires three Round Balls
• Arbalest — uses Heavy Bolts
