This mod adds horse meat and more stuff (Like Aluminium, Sodium, NaCl, and an Item Railgun)

For now in survival you can get horse meat from horses and craft sediment salt stone with 3 dirt on top of 3 gravel on top of 3 sand, then place the stone down and mine it with a hoe to obtain salt.

Other stuff can be accessed in Creative mode, for example Sodium explodes on contact with water, in your hand, offhand, on the ground, placed as a block; to water such as flowing water, rain and splash water bottles. You can also access in Creative new building blocks made out of aluminium.
