Neoclassic is a semi-fork of Refresher that tries to make the game feel more classic yet retain modern features still. For those who miss how the worlds used to generate, the grainy textures, or maybe some old gameplay mechanics; there's something here for everyone. With modern-day QoL features and no "modern visual" tweaks, the pack retains the classic yet freshened up feel.

Note: Worlds created with Neoclassic are not compatible with other packs, since Cascades cannot be uninstalled from worlds without breaking them. Fair warning!

This pack is built to work on any vanilla world and server, with some added flair:

• Revamped world generation combining modern features with old ones using Cascades.
• Old-school tweaks with new-old textures, C418 music only, old combat, and old fishing loot tables.
• Up-to-date features as of 26.3. (Will work when modpack is updated to official 26.3 version).
• Stunning render-distance views optimized with Voxy, letting you see thousands of blocks away.
• Smooth performance using the Optimization modpack as a base.
• In-game voice chat for multiplayer support.
• Clientside additions with worldmap/minimap, bedrock bridging, inventory sorting, and Litematica.
• Serverside additions with tree chopping, armor stand editing and craftable debug stick.

As far as plans go, I don't have any explicit plans aside from maintaining this project as updates release over time. Any mods that add features or improve gameplay that would work on a vanilla world will be considered for this pack.
