Dried Ghast, no Craft?

The Minecraft Community has been vocal about wanting the Dried Ghast Crafting Recipe removed. Personally I don't think it's a great idea, but I won't stop em!

This Data Pack does one simple thing, it removes the Dried Ghast Crafting Recipe.
