Calcite: Better experience for commanders

Features

Replaces vanilla Command Block GUI with custom GUI.

• Shows the tooltip when the ctrl (or command) key is pressed while hovering over an argument. Supports item, text component, and NBT compounds.
• Also opens connected Command Blocks.
• Changed commands are outlined in yellow.
• Blocks closing the screen with the ESC key if the command is modified.
• Still works even if sendCommandFeedback is set to true.
