Performance MC Vulkan is just Performance MC but it has Vulkan as it's rendering engine instead of OpenGL, and it has removed any imcompatible mod with Vulkan.

So for example to give the most performance you need vulkanmod, but most mods doesn't support it so you won't get the fuctionality and everyone can't use it.
