The blocks that are currently 3D-ified include: all the Crops, Nether Wart, all the Bushes, Pumpkins, all the Grass, the Poppy, Cornflower, Dandelion, Oxeye Daisy, Allium, the Tulips and the Sunflower, The Warped & Crimson Roots, The Nether Sprouts and more!
