This datapack adds 14 new food items to Minecraft.

There are 3 categories of food.
Cooked
Prepared
Ingredient

Cooked represents items that are smelted in a furnace or smoker.
Prepared represents items that are crafted in a crafting table.
Ingredient represents items that can (or will) be used in crafting recipes for other items.

Cooked

Cooked Carrot - Simply a cooked carrot. Restores 7 hunger points and 5 saturation points.

Side Effects - None

Cooked Pufferfish - Simply a cooked pufferfish. Restores 5 hunger points and 7 saturation points.

Side Effects - None

Zombie Jerky - You need to cook a piece of rotten flesh to get this. Restores 5 hunger points and 6 saturation points.

Side Effects - Strength 2 for 15 seconds.

Prepared

Sweet Berry Pie - The crafting recipe is 1 Sweet Berry, 1 Egg (of any type), and 1 Sugar (or Caramel Ball). Restores 8 hunger points and 4.8 saturation points. (can be crafted with a leaf block to have a leaf on the texture)

Side Effects - None

Glow Berry Pie - The crafting recipe is 1 Glow Berry, 1 Egg (of any type), and 1 Sugar (or Caramel Ball). Restores 8 hunger points and 4.8 saturation points. (can be crafted with a leaf block to have a leaf on the texture)

Side Effects - None

Baguette - The crafting recipe is 3 bread. Restores 5 hunger points and 6 saturation points.

Side Effects - None

Caramel Apple - The crafting recipe is one apple surrounded by eight Caramel Balls. Restores 4 hunger points and 2.4 saturation points.

Side Effects - Speed 1 for 15 seconds.

Ingredient

Butter - The crafting recipe is 1 milk bucket (or curdled milk bucket).
Side Effects - None

Chocolate Bar - The crafting recipe is a bucket of milk (or curdled milk) surrounded by cocoa beans. Restores 2 hunger points and 0.4 saturation points.
Side Effects - A chance to give you speed 1, speed 2, or poison 3.

Cheese - The crafting recipe is 4 milk (or curdled milk). Restores 5 hunger points and 6 saturation points.
Side Effects - None

Curdled Milk Bucket - To get it, you need to cook a bucket of milk.
Side Effects - Slowness 10, Poison 10, Blindness 10, Hunger 10, and Nausea 10.

Baguette - The crafting recipe is 3 bread. Restores 5 hunger points and 6 saturation points.
Side Effects - None

Caramel Ball - To get it, you need to cook sugar. Restores 1 hunger point and 10 saturation points.
Side Effects - Night Vision 1 and Speed 1.
