I was annoyed that the locator bar vanished when you get experience, so I made them show up at the same time!

• Locator bar doesn't hide experience.
• Locator dots show up over the experience bar.
• Locator dots show up over the jump bar when mounting a horse.

I made this for myself but I hope other people can enjoy it too!

Feel free to fork, modify, hack, and/or remix.
