EGAcraft

EGAcraft is a resource pack that strictly limits the game to use CGA's set of 16 colors. While visually unpleasant, the game still manages to be familiar and playable.

Recommended settings

WARNING: This pack requires OptiFine. If you choose to ignore this warning and decide to not use OptiFine, many things will break.

To correctly experience the pack, alter the following settings:

• Graphics: Fast
• Smooth lighting: OFF
• Brightness: Bright
• Quality -> Connected textures: OFF
• Quality -> Mipmapping: OFF
• Details -> Alternate Blocks: OFF
• Shader: (internal)
• Shader -> Antialiasing: FXAA 2x

For a more cohesive experience:

• Fullscreen resolution: 320x200 (setting Shader -> Render Scale to 0.5x is also acceptable)
• Max framerate: 20fps
• Use the shader in the optional files and set Shader -> Antialiasing to OFF

Why does this exist?

It is merely a product of pure boredom, like many of my other creations. The experience of playing with EGAcraft shatters the monotony of the normal game, and you will find it to be quite the spectacle.
