A resource pack about ICE
This pack retextures mostly UI for now.
Non UI:

Powder Snow, I changed it to be more obvious that is is powder snow instead of practically invisible.
Diamond Weapons, The Diamond Axe and Sword textures are changed, to be brighter and simpler.

UI:

Hearts, they now look as if they are being frozen, when they are flashing they are entireley frozen, and wither hearts have blue accents.
Hotbar, the selector and general hotbar are changed to a more vibrant, cyan look.
Hunger, hunger bars are now snowflakes.
Crosshair & Attack indicator, Changed to look smoother, and have a better feel for PVP

The pack will not recieve many updates, mostly just for new versions. Or if I have more ideas.
