Corr’s Biomes

Corr’s Biomes is a Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge mod that adds three new overworld biomes.
All biomes use the standard Minecraft world generation system, include vanilla caves and carvers, and preserve normal ore distribution.
The mod does not modify existing biomes.

The following biomes are included:

Melldouve

Melldouve is a temperate flower biome with moderate rainfall (downfall 0.6). It uses a custom grass, foliage, fog and water palette.
The biome relies on vanilla vegetation features from meadows and forests.

World Generation

• Vanilla cave and canyon carvers
• Underground lava lake generation
• Standard overworld ore distribution (all ores included)
• Vanilla flower generation
• Tall grass, short grass, forest grass patches
• Meadows trees
• Sugar cane generation
• Pumpkin patches

Mob Spawning

• Cows (2–4 per group)
• Bees (1 per group)
• Sheep (1–3 per group)
• Chickens (2 per group)
• Pigs (2–4 per group)

No hostile or ambient mobs are defined in the biome settings.

Gray Grove

Gray Grove is a forest-type biome with increased foliage and modified atmospheric colors.
It uses custom Gray Grove trees defined as corrsbiomes:gray_grove_tree.
The biome has normal precipitation levels and above-average humidity.

World Generation

• Custom tree feature (gray_grove_tree)
• Forest flowers
• Tall grass and forest grass patches
• Meadow-style flowers
• Standard overworld ore distribution
• Underground lava lakes
• Vanilla caves, canyons and underground carvers

Mob Spawning

• Sheep (1–3 per group)
• Cows (1–2 per group)
• Bees (2–4 per group)

No hostile, water, underground or ambient mobs are configured.

Sand Plateau

Sand Plateau is a warm biome with elevated temperature (0.9) and reduced precipitation (0.5).
It uses custom atmosphere colors and contains minimal vegetation.

World Generation

• Desert well generation
• Standard overworld ore distribution
• Underground lava lakes
• Vanilla caves and canyon carvers

Mob Spawning

This biome has no defined creature, ambient, water or hostile spawns in its configuration.

Technical Information

Each biome in the mod:

• Supports standard overworld carvers
• Retains full vanilla ore placement
• Uses custom biome color properties (foliage, grass, fog, water)
• Generates in the overworld only
• Does not alter or override any vanilla biome

The mod is designed to remain compatible with world-generation mods that use vanilla biome assignment logic.
