This mod simply adds pinata type trap horses to the mod which spawn in silly skeletons wielding trumpets and wearing a somberro. Sometimes one of the skeletons may drop their somberro which one can wear and boost any allied mobs. Naming a horse pinata will also add an extra skin for horses that you can ride normally without it exploding into oblivion.
