An Addon for Create that adds usable testosterone & trenbolone, along with new items and more! Based on Create: Estrogen made my Maya

With the addition of the Testosterone Pill & The Trenbolone Shot so come new process lines and the new Man Power & Roid Rage effects!

The MAN POWER effect gives you the ability to become INVINCIBLE for a few hits, before starting a cooldown. This is useful if your friends can't keep their hands off firearms...

The ROID RAGE effect gives you the ability to become Peppino Spaghetti himself!
Run super fast, superjump, ground slam and run on water!

Q: Why doesn’t testosterone give you Peppino powers?
A: Originally, the mod only added the Man Power effect and was created as an inside joke. Later, we took it more seriously and developed it as a counterpart to Create: Estrogen by Maya.

Q: Why Pizza Tower?
A: Many people wanted the counterpart to Create: Estrogen’s Celeste gameplay for Create: Testosterone to be Pizza Tower. We just went with it...

Q: You guys didn’t make Create: Estrogen?
A: Funny story: Mifort and I (John) came up with the idea at school and started developing it independently, without telling each other, before ultimately finding out. We got the idea after a friend constantly shot at us with guns while using the estrogen mod, which led us to create the Man Power effect.
