The old item and block textures back from the early years of Wyrms of Nyrus, now for modern Wyrms of Nyrus versions! This pack emulates or brings back the old textures whenever possible, including their blurriness!

The reason Wyrms of Nyrus (the mod) upgraded its art was due to rising standards, and the (admittingly) sloppy textures put together didn't meet expectations to a newer audience.

"I fully understand why some long-time fans may not like the new textures. There's an appeal for the old Developer Art of Wyrms of Nyrus, there's a charm to it, and that's why I will make it possible for long-time fans to get the option play Wyrms of Nyrus with my old art as long as possible." -Modrome, 2024
