A Minecraft plugin that detects and rewards players for installing Simple Voice Chat mod.

Configuration Sections
- aliases - Command aliases (first one is the main command)
- deny-actions - Actions shown when a player doesn't have the mod
- actions - Actions executed when player installs the mod
- already-claimed - Actions shown when player already claimed the reward
