Tridents, you love 'em or you hate 'em.

Most people hate them because they are too hard to obtain and useless (minus riptide) when you get them.
Well this datapack attempts to rebalence that.
Now in all worlds you have a:

• 20% Drop chance from an Elder Guardian (60% per monument, doesnt scale with looting)
• 0.1% w/ No LotS (Luck of the Sea)
• 0.17% w/ LotS I
• 0.21% w/ LotS II
• 0.27% w/ LotS III
  Elder Guardians drop Tridents with >50% Durability and a level three enchant
  Fishing gives Tridents with >0% <25% Durability and a level one enchant
