Rename a mob to "Dinnerbone" (case sensitive) to make them float!

Added damage if a mob is too high in the sky, above y=500. This is on by default but is toggleable.

There is an option to give mobs slow falling for 30 seconds after being renamed from "Dinnerbone" to something else. This is off by default but is toggleable

Sky damage can be toggled with the below commands:

• /function floatingmobs_settings:skydamageoff (turns sky damage off)
• /function floatingmobs_settings:skydamageon (turns sky damage on)

Slow falling can be toggled with the below commands:

• /function floatingmobs_settings:slowfallingoff (turns slow falling off)
• /function floatingmobs_settings:slowfallingon (turns slow falling on)

All settings can be reset to default with the command:

• /function floatingmobs_settings:defaultconfig

please note that cheats/commands must be turned on for settings to be changed. I am looking to potentially change this in future.
