Simple ItemShop is a lightweight plugin for Paper 1.21.1 servers that allows players to create item-for-item shops using a chest and a sign — no economy plugin or server currency required.

How it works

Place a chest, put a sign on top with the following format:

[Sklep]
ITEM_ID AMOUNT
ITEM_ID AMOUNT
[Closed]

Example — selling 64 sugar_cane for 1 diamond:

Once you put the items in the chest, the sign automatically changes from [Closed] to [Open]. Other players can then click the sign to purchase. The chest is fully protected — only the owner can open or break it.

Permissions

• itemshop.create — create and destroy own shops
• itemshop.use — buy from shops
• itemshop.admin — manage any shop

Commands

• /itemshop language pl|en — change language
• /itemshop reload — reload config

Note

Currently the plugin uses [Sklep] (Polish for "shop") as the sign tag. Support for [Shop] will be added in a future update.
