Personally use on my own server but figured others may like to give it a try.

A Minecraft Spigot/Paper towns plugin built for 1.21.11 servers with town creation, land claims, roles, economy, raids, and GUIs — ideal for anarchy or survival communities.

Bring structured town gameplay to your server while keeping the chaos of anarchy alive.

• ?️ Town system: Create, rename, set mayor, leave or abandon towns
• ? Chunk claiming with adjacency rules & restricted unclaiming
• ? Role system: mayor, officers & members with configurable permissions
• ? Town bank with deposits, withdrawals, upkeep billing & member allowances
• ? Spawn system with delay, cooldown and automatic reminders
• ⚔️ Raiding mechanics: Lockpick a town’s Lodestone, survive and take rewards
• ? GUI menus for towns, bank and member management

? Raiding

• Raids begin by lockpicking a town spawn Lodestone
• Raiders must survive 60 seconds to succeed
• On success:
  • Town bank funds transfer to the attacker’s town bank (or to the attacker if not in a town)
  • The entire town (claims, members, data) is deleted

• Java 21
• Spigot/Paper API 1.21.11
• Storage backend:
  • MySQL (when storage.type: mysql), or
  • SQLite (when storage.type: sqlite)
• Economy backend (pick one):
  • ozanarchy-economy plugin (when economy-plugin: ozanarchy-economy) (default), or
  • Vault plugin (when economy-plugin: vault) plus any Vault-compatible economy plugin
• Optional plugins:
  • OminousChestLock (enables raiding lockpick integration)
  • PlaceholderAPI
