Vanilla Enchantment Tweaks

This data pack intends to tweak the vanilla enchanting experience by making it more balanced and more useful.

Current changes:

• Depth Strider now enchants legs. Boots have way too much favoratism for holding enchantments. This allows some more spread out enchantments while still making sense. You stride with your legs, not your feet!
• Thorns now only enchants shields. Shields need more love. Part of the goal of this datapack is to nerf enchanting and make it feel more balanced. This is spreads more love to shields while weakening the upper end of gear.
• Bane of Arthropods now effects Guardians and Elder Guardians. Bane of Arthropods needed a buff and I figured since one boss was effected by smite, one should be effected by bane. It isn't out of lore possibilites to believe the guardians are related to real life aquatic arthropods like horseshoe crabs or the extinct trilobite.
