Killing Illagers and Villagers will increase and decrease reputation between the two factions.
(ALL REPUTATION IS PLAYER-SPECIFIC)
/reputation to check your current standing.

Curing villagers, trading, and killing illagers increases Commonwealth favor.

Killing Villagers or Iron Gollems increases Horde Favor.

If you become hated by either faction, they begin to show it:

Villagers

Neutral (negative rep) - Refusal to Trade
Criminal - Flee

ENEMY - Iron Gollems attack and patrols are sent

Illagers

Neutral (negative rep) - Attack
Criminal - Detects you from further away
ENEMY - Sends more patrols to your location

DEATH DOES NOT RESET REPUTATION
