In Faithless, many items use mixed 2D/3D rendering. Usually, when making a resoucepack you only choose one or the other, but using some hacky methods you can mix both. This can work in vanilla, however in some mods rendering can look broken in inventory, and in general such appearence can be undesired. Regardless, this resourcepack tries to convert most such items into pure 2D models. Keep in mind, though, that some items might be (un)intentionally left out.

This resourcepack only targets the v1.2 version of Faithless released on Modrinth! Other versions arent guaranteed to work.

Current state is satisfactory, however keep this in mind:

• Armor trim material icons are missing on some armor pieces. It should be working, i have no idea why it doesnt.
• Potions are tinted. This is a vanilla behaviour, and even fixes another issue, however looks not very pretty on CIT potion textures. Also no idea why this is happening in the first place or how to make it better.
• Due to amount of items, i might have simply missed something, however i believe i fixed all of the obvious issues.
• Not all items are currently converted.

Installing

Simply download this resourcepack like you usually do. In game make sure it is loaded ABOVE Faithless resoucepack, otherwise nothing will be applied.

Credits

All credit goes to the original author of Faithless. This pack does not include any original texture assets from Faithless. This pack does nothing if Faithless is not installed.

If you believe you have any issues with resourcepack please do not report them to the original author of Faithless. First test if the issue persists on unmodified instance of Faithless without any other resourcepacks loaded, including this pack.
